At Hawaโ€™s Artisan Kitchen, we cook with what grows around us.โ€จFresh herbs from our home garden, vegetables from our syntropic farm and the local market, and carefully sourced ingredients from the seaโ€”simple elements, treated with respect.

Every dish is prepared from scratch, guided by what is available rather than a fixed menu. So instead of asking, โ€œWhatโ€™s the menu today? Whatโ€™s the menu tomorrow?โ€โ€”we invite you to trust the process, and allow us the joy of cooking and surprising you.

We are, after all, not a restaurant with pages of choices. Thatโ€™s what makes each evening a little different.

Our Tiramisu at Hawaโ€™s Artisan Kitchen is made with a local touch. Here at HAK it is Tarimisu - instead of traditional coffee, we use rich and aromatic masala Teh Tarik, giving this dessert a softer, warmer character with a beautiful Malaysian soul.

Layered with our own homemade mascarpone, carefully prepared for a lighter and fresher taste, and served with homemade vanilla ice cream crafted from real local vanilla pods for a deep, natural flavor.

Simple, elegant, and made with heart โ€” a dessert that feels both familiar and completely new.
