Using Rye sourdough stater and taking more than 23 hours to make it.

It's s contais cranberries, walnut, raisin and cream cheese. It doesn’t have large, airy holes like sourdough bread.

A bread with fruity and wheaty aromas, studded with chunks of cream cheese.
