ANOTHER MILESTONE IN OUR JOURNEY — ALMOST 23 YEARS OF PANDAN THAI DELIGHT

Another milestone in our journey of almost 23 years.

We would like to sincerely thank all our valued customers, friends, and supporters for being part of our journey and for continuing to support Pandan Thai Delight throughout the years.

This Silver Award at the Borneo Culinary World Cup 2026 is more than just a medal. It represents our passion, dedication, and our commitment to bringing you food that is prepared with heart and care.

Our Thai Boat Beef Noodle has actually been served at Swinburne University for almost three years. As I, 👩🏻‍🍳Nokky who truly loves noodles and beef, I wanted to create a bowl that reflected my own passion for both.

The recipe was developed by taking inspiration from some of the well-known noodle shops in Thailand, then combining those ideas with our own family recipe and cooking style. After years of refining and improving it, this is the bowl we are proud to share with you today at Swinburne University, Food Hall, Stall no. 7 🇹🇭

From our kitchen to your table, every dish is prepared with heart, passion, and intention.
