餐厅最怕遇到奥客。明明已经很忙了，还一直催菜、挑毛病，对服务员大声说话，甚至点个菜也要十几分钟。员工忙到没时间休息，却还要陪笑脸。有时候不是不想服务好，而是真的已经尽力了。每天面对各种脾气，心里很委屈，却只能默默忍耐。请大家多一点体谅与尊重，服务员也只是认真工作的人。
