To everyone who has been part of the Elephant journey,

After saying goodbye to Elephant Cafe & Bistro, many of you have asked us the same question:

“What’s next?”

The truth is…

We never stopped.

While things may have seemed quiet on social media, behind the scenes, we have been working harder than ever.

Over the past few months, we’ve tested countless recipes, baked hundreds of batches of cookies, designed beautiful new packaging, built a brand from the ground up, and poured our hearts into creating something we truly believe in.

There were late nights, unexpected challenges, plenty of mistakes, and moments of doubt.

But through it all, one thing never changed.

Our passion for creating little moments of happiness through food.

Born from more than 25 years of passion and experience, Elephant Dessert Studio is the next chapter of the Elephant story—a boutique brand dedicated to handcrafted premium cookies, cakes and gifts.

While the concept has evolved, our heart remains exactly the same.

We still believe that good food brings people together, creates lasting memories, and makes life’s everyday moments just a little sweeter.

A farewell to Elephant Cafe & Bistro

Hello everyone,

This message has been a long time coming.

A few months ago, we made the decision, but somehow we could never bring ourselves to say it out loud. Not because we didn’t know what to say, but because Elephant had been such a big part of our lives for so many years.

Looking back, it all began in 2001.

Over the years, Elephant Cafe & Bistro has witnessed countless moments of joy and togetherness.

Birthdays were celebrated here. Friendships were built here. Conversations stretched on for hours. Some of our guests first visited us as students and years later returned with their own families.

What we gained over these years was never just customers, but countless meaningful connections and friendships.

To everyone who has ever walked through the doors of Elephant Cafe & Bistro,

Thank you for your support.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of so many important moments in your lives.

Because of you, Elephant was never just a restaurant. It became a small corner of life for many people — a place filled with warmth, laughter, celebrations, and cherished memories.

Although Elephant Cafe & Bistro is now part of our memories, the moments we shared together will always remain in our hearts.

Before we close this chapter, we simply want to say:
