The pork is trimmed of all parts that are not good for eating, and the fat is also removed leaving just the right amount to keep it from feeling greasy.

Soju is an alcoholic drink that Koreans drink a lot, so much so that the brand of soju they drink varies from region to region. 🍺🍺🍺

In Jeollabuk-do, there is a soju brand called Hite, in Gyeongsang-do, there is a soju brand called Daeseon, and in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, there is a soju brand called Chamisul.
