Piring 7 Kitchen by Ruai Bar Kuching isn’t just a name it’s a tribute to Iban tradition. Inspired by the sacred “Piring 7” ritual offerings, this kitchen brings the spirit of sharing, respect, and celebration to the table.

Led by a bold and experienced local chef, Piring 7 introduces the wild taste of Borneo, blending Dayak heritage with Chinese and Malay flavors. Every dish is an offering rooted in tradition, reimagined with creativity.

This is more than food. It’s a cultural experience.
