Today we will introduce to you the Vietnamese Grilled Chicken Vermicelli.
It's serve with Vietnamese vermicelli and vegetables such as:
- Bean sprouts
- Pickled white and red radish
- Cucumber
- Fresh Lettuce.

With a little onion oil, peanuts and aroma from cinnamon leaves combined with chili garlic dipping sauce.

Xin chào . Welcome to Hana's Ca Phe. Today we will introduce to you some dipping sauces of a famous dish from Vietnam 🇻🇳 , "GỎI CUỐN (Spring Roll)". As you know, Vietnam 🇻🇳 is a country with quite a rich and diverse cuisine and the dish "GỎI CUỐN (Spring Roll)" is one of them. The spring roll dish has not just one but many types of dipping sauces, depending on the region, but the most popular are the 4 types below.
- Hoisin sauce
- Vietnamese fermented anchovy sauce
- chili garlic fish sauce
- Peanut sauce.
All of the above dipping sauces can be used with "Spring Roll" dish. Each dipping sauce will bring you a different flavor. Hopefully our sharing today will let you know some more types of dipping sauces for the dish "GỎI CUỐN (Spring Roll) ".
