Doy's Mum Kitchen
To kawan-kawan who doesn't like the taste of yellow noodles (kee zui) please look look here.
2 weeks ago Doy & family went to Sibu jalan jalan cari makan. Doy realised it at Sibu most of the Mee Jawa they use white noodle & the taste quite imagine suitable for those who doesn't like kee zui taste. After back from Sibu Doy direct go to Foochow noodle factory to do survey found it the noodle not only no kee zui and also not preservative ingredient. Doy has tried at the stall feedback from customer very good.
So, ladies & gentleman started from now Doy's Mum Mee Jawa got new variety of noodle White Noodle (some people called it Foochow White Noodle, some people called it Heng Hua Mee)
✅ Yellow Noodle (common mee jawa noodle)
✅ White Noodle (no kee zui & preservative ingredient)
✅ Bihun
✅ Kolo mee
Doy daring to said it in Kuching u can't find 2nd places got so many varieties noodles for mee jawa.
