🍦 为什么 Bring Me Home 拿起来比较重？
为什么刚从冰柜拿出来，会比较硬？

因为我们选择把更多的 Gelato 放进每一杯里。

少空气 · 不额外加水 · Low Fat · 不使用人工色素

一般高膨胀率的 Ice Cream 会利用较多空气增加体积；
Bring Me Home Gelato 则追求更低的空气含量，让同样一杯的口感更扎实、更浓郁。

所以你会发现：

拿起来，更有重量。
刚从冰柜拿出来，也会比较硬。

这不是缺点，反而是我们想保留的 Gelato 特性。💙

⏱️ 吃之前，给它 90 秒。

从冰柜取出后稍等约 90秒，让 Gelato 微微软化，再挖下第一口——口感会更柔滑，风味也更容易释放。
