Chef Christian Bauer of Troika Sky Dining brings his culinary perspective to ROOTS for a special wine pairing evening in collaboration with Peninsular Imports.

With decades of experience across international kitchens and a long-standing connection to Malaysiaโ€™s dining scene, Chef Chris presents a menu shaped by bold flavours, refined technique and a deep appreciation for good food.

A five-course wine pairing dinner in collaboration with Troika Sky Dining and Peninsular Imports, bringing together a curated menu, selected pours and an intimate dining experience for one evening only.

This 12th June, Peninsular Imports brings Troika Sky Dining to Kuching for a special wine dinner hosted at ROOTS.

For this one-night kitchen takeover, chefs from Troika Sky Dining will be working within the ROOTS space to present a wine pairing experience shaped by good food, thoughtful pours and a change of scene.
