Our Local Harvest Crudites brings together fresh produce, pineapple, local aromatics and a fermented prawn dip finished with flavoured crumbs. Bright, lively and made for sharing!

And now, the centrepiece of the evening.
The moment your night settles into something a little more indulgent.

For our ROOTS OF LOVE Valentine’s Day menu, the mains are designed to follow how you’re feeling, whether you’re leaning towards comfort, richness or something from the sea.

If it’s a night for depth and warmth, the 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛 is slow and generous. Kōsho persimmon marmalade brings gentle sweetness, balanced by cauliflower paste and a brown-sugared vin rouge sauce that lingers with every bite.

For something refined yet familiar, the 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐧 offers softness and richness. Brown-buttered mushroom duxell and pumpkin with kelampai paste add earthiness, finished with a beef aigre-douce jus for quiet balance.

And for those drawn to the sea, our 𝐈𝐤𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 keeps things clean and expressive. Aged spotted mackerel paired with tiger prawn, squid, fiddlehead fern and kelp, brought together with a light mustard sauce that lifts without overpowering.
