It’s back! ☕

Something exciting is happening at Biddy’s Café soon ☕️

We’re hosting a Latte Art Workshop this 24 May 2026 (Sunday) — a hands-on session where you’ll learn how to pour the Basic Art or Winged Tulip pattern, step by step, guided by our head barista Lanice. With or without experience are welcome !

Whether you’re completely new or have some experience, this workshop is all about learning through practice, patience, and creativity 🌿

Biddy’s 很开心这次有机会参与 SCA 咖啡师技能课程，陪大家一起走这段咖啡学习的旅程。

这门课程其实很适合很多人, 不管你是平时爱喝咖啡的、咖啡师，还是有想经营咖啡厅，或者你已经在经营咖啡店的路上，都很值得来上。

课程由来自台湾的专业导师Mr. Gary带领。

从咖啡基础、咖啡豆和处理法，到萃取、风味、打奶、拉花，都会一步一步带你了解清楚。

老师也会在课堂上教很多很实际的东西，比如怎么调磨豆机、怎么判断萃取问题、咖啡机怎么运作、设备怎么保养，甚至连开店会遇到的顾客服务和成本概念都愿意与大家分享。

不只是教会你做咖啡 而是让你更懂咖啡，也能做得更稳定、更专业。

What happens to the ones creating in their own way? Do they just slowly disappear from being seen?

We love making videos like this, just quietly recording what it looks like when we’re doing things sincerely.

No trending sounds, no chasing formats, no trying to fit into what’s all over the internet. But truth is, we’ve been struggling to get exposure lately.

And it makes us wonder… do we really have to step out of our own style just to fit into every trend?

What if we made things louder, faster, more eye-catching , would that finally get us seen? And why does everything start to look the same after a while?

We don’t really have the answer yet. But for now, we’re still here. Choosing to create this way.
