Finally has the time to reflect on the concluded Malaysia National Coffee Championship 2026.
After taking a two-year break from MNCC, returning to the national stage was an incredibly meaningful experience. It wasnβt just about being back in the competition environmentβit was about reconnecting with old friends, meeting new judges from both Malaysia and around the world, and once again being part of a community that continues to inspire me.
Immense gratitude to our WCC representatives for their mentorship, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout this journey. A heartfelt thank you as well to the organizer and their crews and volunteers and especially for the outstanding leadership in delivering such a seamless and memorable championship.
This yearβs experience allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Every conversation, every challenge, and every moment on the judging floor became an opportunity to learn. It reminded me that no matter how much experience we have, there is always something new to discover. The journey of learning never ends, and I hope to continue growing while contributing back to this amazing coffee community.
One of the most rewarding parts of this championship was the new friendships formed along the way. Iβm grateful to have met so many wonderful local and international judges .limn and others whom I may have unintentionally missed. My sincere apologies if I left anyone out. I truly hope our paths cross again on future stages.
Lastly, congratulations to every competitor and champion. Whether you walked away with a trophy or simply had the courage to step onto the competition stage, you should be incredibly proud of yourselves. Your passion, commitment, and dedication are what make our coffee community stronger and continue to elevate the standard of specialty coffee in Malaysia.
Until we meet again, βkeep learning, keep growing, and keep inspiring π―
