Nowadays, many people are not getting enough natural vitamin and fiber. Most of them acquired vitamin and fiber from external synthetic sources such as supplements, or artificial products which are not completely healthy as compared to natural source. Most of the vitamins can be gained from fruits whereas fiber can be obtained from vegetables. As the topic stated above, this post will teach our followers how to choose fresh fruits! 1) Be attentive to the colour of the fruits' skins. Make sure the colours are even throughout the surface of the fruits. Compare the colour of the chosen fruit with the others to check for any difference.

2) Fresh fruits should have pleasant aroma. Using the sense of smell, we can identify if the food has spoiled. Same goes to choosing a fruit, by using our sense of smell, a fresh fruit should emit a good aroma.
