To all our dear students who are far from home this season,
We know that right now, the world feels a little quieter and the air a little heavier. While the streets are filled with the sounds of celebration, we understand the pang of sadness that comes with seeing empty seats at your family’s reunion table.
Missing that Reunion Dinner—the warmth of your mother’s cooking, the laughter of your siblings, and the comfort of being exactly where you belong—is a sacrifice that is never easy. Being away from home during Chinese New Year can feel like a lonely journey, but we want you to know: you are not alone.
A Home Away From Home
This year, you don’t have to spend the evening wishing you were elsewhere. Aunty Lhaine has been thinking of you, and she wants to bridge that distance.
On 15 February, Aunty Lhaine will be your "foster mum." She is opening the doors of Imagine Cafe to wrap you in the warmth you’ve been missing. She is busy preparing a menu of soulful, "home-cooked" dishes—the kind of food that tastes like a hug and reminds you that you are cared for, even miles away from your doorstep.

在这个阖家团圆的季节，我们深知你们心中的那份落寞。窗外或许张灯结彩、鞭炮齐鸣，但对于身在异国他乡的你们来说，心中最牵挂的，依然是家里那张总是热闹非凡的圆桌。
没能赶上那顿年夜饭——没能尝到妈妈亲手做的家常菜，没能听到长辈们的唠叨，没能和兄弟姐妹聚在一起欢笑——这种孤独感，我们感同身受。在这个最重要的节日里无法回家，这确实是一件令人心酸的憾事。但请记住：即便相隔万里，你并不孤单。

今年，你不需要独自对着屏幕思念家乡。Lhaine 阿姨 (Aunty Lhaine) 一直在牵挂着你们，她想为你弥补这份遗憾。
在 2月15日 这一天，Lhaine 阿姨将成为你们的“临时妈妈”。她将在 Imagine Cafe 敞开大门，用温暖拥抱每一位游子。她正忙着准备一桌充满“家味道”的热腾腾饭菜——那是那种能治愈乡愁、让你感受到被爱着的味道。

We like to wish a fantastic year ahead and get your result in flying colours. Cafe will closed 1st -2nd 2026. Open on 3rd 2026. Today we only served Lunch and dinner is closed.
