今天国庆日,本来打算开店服务大家~~
图:1956年~英国答应马来亚明年独立

无奈因为星期日当天,涌入太多太多顾客,导致许多食物东西都被抢购了~~谢谢大家的支持

无奈我们的食物不是流水线的苍白复制，尤其是我家的手工月饼,都是一个一个的传统手工制作,非常耗时间与人力

所以今天我们门市沒有营业,专心一致的做月饼

Today is National Day, and we originally planned to open our shop to serve everyone.

Unfortunately, because it was Sunday, there were just too many customers, and many items were sold out. Thank you all for your support!

Our food isn't mass-produced, especially our handmade mooncakes, which are made one by one using traditional methods, taking a lot of time and manpower.

Therefore, our shop is closed today to focus solely on making mooncakes.

金腿/伍仁月饼总被这个年代嫌弃~我之前也和大家一样,对这颗齁甜,味道太过奇特,果仁没几颗,咬开全是糖块.......
而且制作过程当中,我十分不满意师傅长辈们的工艺,例如果仁的处理,配方的比例,浆液等等方面
无奈当时太年轻了.人微言轻.......
我不甘心,传统食品再这样下去,迟早一天会被时代淘汰,绝迹
我一直认为,食物是人吃的,要配合现代人的口味习惯改良
经典~也可以配合现代的口味
我就察觉这个食品,它很像外国的营养能量棒,我就去参考他们的制作方法与过程.....
经过这几年来的不断更新与迭代....
是符合现代人的

Assorted Nut with Ham Mooncakes are often disliked these days. Like many others, I used to find them cloyingly sweet, with a strangely peculiar flavor, few nuts, and mostly just chunks of sugar inside…

Furthermore, I was very dissatisfied with the techniques used by my elders in the production process, such as the handling of the nuts, the proportions of the ingredients, and the consistency of the batter.

Unfortunately, I was too young and insignificant back then…

I wasn't willing to accept this; if traditional foods continue like this, they will eventually be eliminated by the times and disappear.

I've always believed that food is for people to eat and should be adapted to modern tastes and habits. Classics can also be adapted to modern tastes.

I noticed that this food resembled foreign energy bars, so I studied their production methods and processes… After years of continuous updates and iterations… it now suits modern tastes.
