Yes… it's the very same fridge that came with us from encore.

It has been with us through so many years of baking, countless early mornings, busy weekends, and unforgettable memories.

It has found a new home at Only Tarts.

Our shop may be smaller now, but our passion for making handcrafted desserts hasn't changed.

We're starting a new chapter, and we hope to keep growing, one tart at a time.

This is actually my first time filming a video... so I was a little shy. 😆

I thought I'd take this chance to introduce what we have at Only Tarts!

From our signature Lemon Tart 🍋, fruity Passionfruit 💛, rich Chocolate 🍫, earthy Matcha 🍵, to our Mini Tarts and Burnt Cheesecake every item is handmade fresh with love.
We may be a small shop now, but we're so grateful to everyone who has been supporting us since day one.

🤎 Only Tarts – Our First Day (1 August 2026)
To be honest, we were really nervous.

We didn't know if anyone would still remember the old encore. We didn't know if people would be willing to come and find us again in our new home.

But on our very first day, we saw so many familiar faces.

Some smiled and said, "We finally found you!"
Others took a bite and said, "It still tastes just like before."

Many even made the trip all the way from our old encore location just to support us.

Hearing those words truly meant the world to us. 🤎
Our new space may be smaller, and our menu may not be as extensive as before.

But one thing has never changed.

Every tart is still handmade by us, fresh every single day, with the same passion and care.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us. Because of you, Only Tarts has the chance to continue doing what we love.

Over the past few days, we've been reading all your messages, and honestly... we're so touched.

Some of you said you missed our Lemon Tart. 🍋
Some have been asking for Tiramisu. 🍫
Others are still waiting for Fruit Flan to make a comeback. 🍓

Every tart carries a different memory.

Maybe it was your favourite weekend treat.
