The main ingredient, Conger eel, is sourced from a trusted fish monger at the market I have been frequenting for the past 10 years. He understands the exact size I prefer and the freshness is exceptional. Each piece is carefully cut and deboned to ensure a perfect finish.
To accompany the Conger eels, we have 'Fresh figs Tempura' from Malaysia. It is a hidden specialty that can be harvested year-round here in Malaysia. Cooking them helps to bring out their sweetness and rich flavour with a melty texture.
Enjoy this combination with our delicious tempura broth and plenty of refreshing grated daikon radish.
