I don't use eggs because I made these for future consumption and I don't believe in feeding frozen eggs to our little
ones. After I made each batch of pasta, I freeze them right away to keep them fresh. They can be kept frozen in freezer for 2 months. ;)
Whenever I need them, I just pick some out of the freezer and cook them in boiling water. All I need is just a soup of the day/ sauce/ whatever that rocks my boat and a source of protein (egg, meat, seafood, tofu) and he will have a complete, nutritious meal. Minimal amount of dishes in the sink after cooking (yay). Easy to cook and easy to clean. Just like cooking instant noodles but this is a much, much more healthier version. ;)
For him, it just means colourful, fun and tasty eating. :D
Mix a few varieties of vegetable pasta and your little ones will have vitamins from A-Z! To cook them, simply remove them from freezer and into boiling pot of water for 5-7 minutes or until desired texture is achieved.
*For adults who wants an al-dente texture (pasta with a bite), recommended cooking time is 2.5-3 minutes. Great for busy moms or on days when you just don't feel like cooking and yet wants to provide healthy food for your little ones and family members. PM me if you're interested. I only make a small batch every week (to maintain quality and consistency..also because I'm a busy mom) so early notice is always appreciated. ;)
