🏁🥞What an incredible day with !

It was an absolute honour to cater at Sinclair Audi’s Formula One Track Day, we wanted every part of our setup to feel like an extension of the brand.

From our custom LED lighting, bespoke cart signage, personalised pancake boxes, branded fork toppers and parasol, to a completely bespoke menu featuring pancake creations named after iconic Audi models – every detail was carefully designed to create a premium experience from start to finish.

One of the highlights of the day had to be seeing the brand new RS5 in person… and wow, it certainly didn’t disappoint. 🔥

We believe it’s the little details that make the biggest impact. We don’t just turn up and serve pancakes – we create an experience that complements each client’s brand, making every event feel completely bespoke.

A huge thank you to the Sinclair Audi team for trusting us to be part of such an incredible event. It was a privilege to be involved, and we loved every minute 🥞🤍

What an incredible honour it was to cater for Cardiff High School’s Sixth Form Leavers’ Dinner 2026. 🤍

When I started Mini Pancake Co Cardiff and completed my very first event just four months ago, I never imagined we’d already be catering for some huge names. It’s honestly surreal to see how far we’ve come in such a short space of time, and I’m so grateful to every single person who’s booked and supported us along the way.

For this event, we created a fully branded setup, including:
✨ Custom pancake trays
✨ Personalised fork toppers
✨ Bespoke menu
✨ Custom cart sign

It’s these little details that make every event feel unique, and we absolutely love bringing each client’s vision to life.

✨ The day before the wedding done properly for - A gorgeous sunny day, unlimited mini pancakes and the most beautiful setting for family and friends to celebrate before the big day. 💕🥞 ✨

We had the pleasure of creating this beautiful setup at a stunning barn in the Cotswolds. ☀️

The brief: pink stripes, sage ribbon and elegant pre-wedding celebrations.

The result: our new parasol dressed with hand-tied sage ribbons, personalised fork toppers, bespoke menus and custom napkins — every detail carefully styled to bring the vision to life. It was a pleasure planning all the details with the dream MOH - 💕

When we attended our very first booking in March, I never imagined that just a couple of months later we’d be welcoming a second cart to Mini Pancake Co Cardiff.

Alongside being a mum, this business has become the thing I love pouring my time and energy into.

Our newest cart isn’t just an extra cart. She’s the big mama to our original baby 🥹🤍

She allows us to cater multiple events on the same date, serve larger events more efficiently and continue growing without compromising on the quality and experience we’re known for.

The support we’ve received since our first event has honestly been incredible, and whilst two carts feels like a huge milestone, we’re nowhere near finished.

More growth. More ideas. More gorgeous setups - so many huge things coming 😭✨🤌

A little announcement we’ve been meaning to share… 🥞✨

In March, we attended our very first booking.

Just two months later, we found ourselves needing a second cart.

We’ve actually had her for around a month already, but we’ve been so busy that we never got around to properly introducing her! 🤍

Not only does having two carts mean we can now cater multiple events on the same date, but our newest cart is also bigger — the big mama to our original baby 🥹🥞 — allowing us to serve larger events even more efficiently.

Alongside my most important role of being a mum, Mini Pancake Co Cardiff has become such a huge passion of mine. Every spare moment, every late night and every bit of energy goes into growing this business, improving our setups and creating the best possible experience for our customers.

I have so many ideas for where I want to take The Mini Pancake Co and we’re only just getting started. More growth and more exciting additions are already in the works ✨

Some of the bookings we have coming up this year are honestly incredible and I cannot wait to share them with you all. 🤌
