Convenience, hygiene and identification of herbal tea from Chinese tea are some of the excuses being given by customers still using plastic straws at eateries.

Sure, it is important to create awareness of a policy before it becomes law hence the Selangor government is giving eateries until 2025 to get accustomed to the change.
