📍 Location: Bukit Jalil City
What You'll Do:
✅Prepare and cook menu items following standard recipes and portion sizes
✅Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and safely handled
✅Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
✅Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning tasks
✅Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (e.g. HACCP practices)
✅Support in receiving and storing food supplies and inventory
✅Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
✅Help set up and close down the kitchen each day
Who We're Looking For:
✅Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred (but not required)
✅Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
✅Willingness to learn and follow instructions
✅Good communication and teamwork skills
✅Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
✅Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
✅Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
