Founded in 2012, our journey began with a deep respect for traditional cooking—especially the magic of a wood-fired brick oven heated to 600°F, where time slows down and flavors come alive. That temperature isn’t just a number; it’s where dough rises perfectly, crusts blister beautifully, and food develops the character you can taste in every bite. At Fahrenheit 600, most of our food is baked, not rushed. From wood-fired pizzas and oven-baked pastas to comforting plates and desserts, everything is prepared with care, using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and techniques that honour tradition. We are a locally owned, Muslim-owned restaurant, and we take pride in serving food that is halal, prepared with respect and responsibility.
