MOC Patisserie, formerly known as MOKU-MOKU,was founded by Mr.Chaksit Tepsopan, nick-named 'MOK' five years ago to introduce Asian-fusion cakes to the Malaysian market. Mok left the corporate scene in October 2011 after having been involved in the marketing of FMCG products in Bangkok for the past 15 years to pursue his passion and love for pastry and cakes. Mok firmly believes in using the finest
ingredients to achieve perfection for his pastry, and knows that he has what its to bring pastry 'to the next level'. As a creative person, Mok loves to experiment with recipes using knowledge and skill acquired from Thailand, Malaysia and Japan, and derives satisfaction when he successfully creates pastry and cakes which he can call 'his own'. Being from the Land of Smiles, nothing gives Mok greater satisfaction than to see his friends and customers smiling from ear to ear after having a slice of MOC! :-)
