Our other crowd favourite which is the clear soup base made using chicken broth and anchovies will not leave you disappointed as well. Each serving of our noodles comes with a side-dish. For example, you are able to choose from our special home-made smoked ham, the juicy and succulent fried " nam yu " pork belly, the irresistible and unique fried smoked chicken and many more ! p.s. for those daredevils and adventurous people out there, you can even request for our special chili oil to be added into your soup. Be warned that we use homegrown, legendary Naga Bhut Jolokia chili pepper, also known as the " ghost chili " in our chili oil, it is definitely not to be trifled with ;).
