Our vision is to become a producer of high quality, tasty, safe, and convenient food trusted by consumers anywhere in the world. Anggun Chef Premium Food was started as a semi-fine dining café was located in Plaza Damas 3, Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. After three years (3), we decided to convert and expand our business to Ready to Eat (RTE) premium food packaging. Our Products; 1.Asam Pedas Gravy 2.Ren

dang Peanut Butter Gravy 3.Seafood Gravy With the authentic premium ingredients, we create our signature dish to a premium ready to eat gravy. The raw materials and components are processed under an efficient and hygienic processing environment designed to preserve natural taste best as if freshly cooked right from our central kitchen. We also don’t use artificial sugar or MSG in our product, which our concern to serve healthy food. For our marketing description, we are ready to serve for open market and external markets, which are designed for ease of consumption. Our regular customers mostly are catering companies, domestics, hospitals, events, restaurants and hotels, army, government, and semi-government Sectors.

Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths.
Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender.
Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.
Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.
Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.
Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.
Assisting with unloading and storing stock.

To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef
To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
To aid in achieving food cost, kitchen standard and overall objectives
To carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labeling/dating and storage
To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment and report any problems to a senior chef
To keep high standards of personal hygiene, clean uniform and overall camaraderie
To adhere to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labeling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times ensuring that all records of such are maintained
To assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and that all relevant company procedures are adhered to
To be punctual for work and report directly to the manager on duty on arrival in the kitchen
To have an understanding of menu planning, the implementation of stock controls, the importance of good stock management, and how this enables the kitchen to meet gross profit
To be familiar with the opening and closing procedures of the kitchen and carry them out as rotated
To keep high standards of cleanliness on section where employed, also to assist in any job regarding hygiene or cleanliness asked for by a senior chef
To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place
To have full knowledge of, and be able to act upon, fire procedures
To be responsible, whilst liaising with the Executive Head Chef, for self- development
To carry out and assist in the smooth running of the kitchen
To attend all meeting and training sessions as required
To comply with any reasonable request from your superiors
To assist on other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short staffed, in emergencies, and/or when number of covers require.

Assist in the preparation, production, presentation and service of all meals, ensure they are served at the correct times, within the Company's standards and to the agreed specification of the contract.
Ensure that the control of raw materials and portions are to the Company's standards and ensure all food is served at the correct temperatures.
Assist the manager when required to plan menu’s, rota’s and orders.
Receive and check in goods against invoice for quality and quality
Ensure that all goods are quickly and correctly stored away on rotation system following the rule ‘first in, first out’ and comply with health & safety regulations
Assist in the service of meals as required.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas at all times.
Communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service, which Sodexo provide.
Participate in any necessary training and team meetings as required to complete job responsibilities to the Company’s and Client’s standards e.g. health & safety, food hygiene.
Work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships within the Sodexo team
Assist at any special ad-hoc functions, some of which may occur outside working hours.
Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible.
Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such or advice as may be appropriate.
Cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness
