Our Truffle Ramen is back on the counter for its limited run. This bowl pairs a velvety, collagen-rich Paitan broth with the deep, earthy aroma of black truffle. To give it that unforgettable umami finish, we layer it with rich truffle paste and black truffle.

It is bold, it is luxurious and it definitely isn’t trying to be subtle 🍜
