We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mathieu Da Silva and Nicholas Terrien for spending hours sharing real indepth knowledge on Osyster cultivation, and difference ranges and how to grow them in which part of France and why certain oyster are cultivated in fresh water and sea water etc.

They brought tasting boxes as well coupled with caviar.
