【Idolci Gelato：非常马来西亚的意大利雪糕】
“榴莲口味行吗？”Gigi问。“Nooooo！除了榴莲，什么都行！”我说。幸好Gigi贴心一问，不然送来了我不吃的榴莲口味，就辜负了她一番美意。过几天，收到了非常奇特的：Nasi Lemak、Ipoh White Coffee和Hojicha Mochi口味。

Gigi是Idolci Gelato创办人，那天突然来讯，想让我尝尝马来西亚人做的Gelato，还强调低糖又低脂，腹肌常保持。（我没有腹肌，所以没什么好担心的）我好奇又嘴馋，就答应了。然后卯足精神去谷歌一下，究竟Ice Cream和Gelato有何不同？

Ice cream奶油较多，用鸡蛋，Gelato则用牛奶为主，一般不用蛋，故此相对低脂；Ice cream搅拌较快，空气含量高，而Gelato搅拌慢些，空气含量低些，质地更密实。这下终于解决了我心中的千年谜团。

我顺便去读了Gigi的创业故事，她是厨师，意大利老板送她远赴Gelato原乡意大利学艺，后来老板退休，她决定接手器材创业。据说Idolci Gelato创作过180种口味（他们居然做过Petai口味!!!），这些结合本地风味的创意十分迷人。

比如Nasi Lemak口味吧，是和花生、江鱼仔、Sambal一起送来的！雪糕有椰浆饭的味道，加了爽脆的花生、江鱼仔，清爽又提神。加Sambal后又咸又甜，那我就接受不了了。最好吃的是Ipoh White Coffee，咖啡味道十分浓郁。

我去看了看网店，瞄准了Double Chocolate和Macademia，下次进货。榴莲就……留给你们好了。
