As the nation turns 69 this come 31st , we brought back our first Merdeka special , the Merdeka chicken ( most likely going to be a yearly thing 😬) and a dessert we all love , sago gula melaka with fried cempedak .

Join the celebrations this Merdeka at base and celebrate the nations favorite pass time, food . Selamat hari ke-merdekaan ke-69 !

Marinated in citrus and gula apong. Charred and dressed with ulam raja and pegaga.

Sago gula melaka , a no brainer crowd pleaser
