We are hiring an Accounts Executive for a reputable company in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and general ledger functions.

Full-time & Contractor
RM 2.5K-RM 3.5K a month

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
2. Perform General Ledger (GL) posting and journal entries.
3. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
4. Prepare and issue Credit Notes / Debit Notes
5. Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments
6. Perform bank and account reconciliations
7. Assist in month-end closing activities
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Requirements
1. Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 1-2 years of working experience in bookkeeping / accounts (1 year is Required )
3. Experience in GL, AP/AR, and Credit/Debit Notes are preferred
4. Familiar with accounting systems (e.g., SQL, UBS, SAP, AutoCount, IFCA, etc.)
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred
1. Experience in handling month-end closing
2. Exposure to audit preparation
