谢谢大家这几天对我们这启 "蟑螂事件" 的关注。这里我们再给大家陈述事情的经过和应对。

5月19日早上，我们收到WhatsApp 发过来 2 张像似我们店面条的图片。由于看不清楚图片里圈注的物体，我们向这位发件人提问。据这位 "幽灵食客" 所说，他和妻子，孩子三人几天前到我们店用餐。在我们给他们准备的食物里有蟑螂。恶心的是他孩子把那蟑螂吃下去了。事发后他家三人去了诊所打细菌感染预防针，花费了RM250。这位 "幽灵食客" 还转发一张不像本地人姓名的二维码让我们给他转账，并勒索我们如果不补偿这笔医药费就告发我们店。

我们查看了店里的cctv, 确定并无此人，而且确认了这两张所谓有 "蟑螂" 的图片其实是盗用了网上客人给我们点评的照片，再造假。

由于没有财务上的损失。我们先是在网上向 MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission) 投报此事，希望有关单位关注，立刻采取有效措施终止这电话号码继续使用。

虽然这位 "幽灵食客" 没真正到我们的店。可是我们也去了警察局备案了这事和他发给我们文字的威胁。

希望我们的经历能给大家提高电话诈骗的警惕。如不幸遇上财务上的损失，可以立刻拨打 997, 联络 NSRC (National Scam Respond Centre) ，希望能尽快冻结对方的户口提款。

UPDATE in regards to our previous post about the "scammer kedai makan". We have lodged a report to MCMC (Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission).

In the context of scams, you may visit this website https://aduan.mcmc.gov.my/ or email: [email protected] to submit your report.

The MCMC actitively works with telcos, the police and the Securities Commision to stop scammers.

We have also filed a police report of this case even though there is no financial loss but for a future prevention if any accusation could have happen because the photos were embezzled from our social media pages.

FIY, If cases involve financial fraud, you can directly call 997, NSRC (National Scam Respond Centre) to freeze accounts and trace funds before visiting the police station, or lodge a report via PDRM CCID Portal.

This morning we received 2 photos sent from WhatsApp informing us that there was a cockroach in the food we served to them few days ago. Obviously from the photos, this family of 3 (husband, wife and son) were dining in our shop. He claimed that they found this cockroach in the food and the son had eaten it. He shoved away our questions when asked when this was happened and why didn't he inform us on the spot. He then continued to warn us that we will get fine if he file a report and claimed that the 3 of them went for jab for bacteria infection. This costs him RM250 for 3 paxs. He threatened us saying if we paid him this cost and he won't take further action.

We found that this caller downloaded the photos from our customer's review and probably had edited the original photos with something which is unclear. Please be alert of many ways of scams nowdays.

We will sincerely confront and take immediate action regarding unpleasant experiences you could encounter in our shop, but please let us know immediately in the first place so that we are able to keep it right and improve. 🙏
