Ready to take the next step in your roasting journey? Delve into our SCA Intermediate Roasting Class happening this weekend! Don’t be intimidated by the course name — prior roasting experience is not mandatory as this course is meant for anyone looking to produce great roasted coffee.

SCA Roasting Skills will give you a fundamental understanding of the roasting process, including the roast cycle, how to control sensory aspects of the coffee by roasting light or dark, identifying defects, the physical changes that beans undergo during the roasting process, as well as work space management and lean production.
