Make French buckwheat galettes at home — only 3 ingredients!
All you need:
✅ 200g buckwheat flour
✅ 450ml water
✅ 1 tbsp coarse salt
Mix, ferment for 6h (ideally 24h in the fridge!), cook on high heat — and fill with whatever you love 🧀🍳🥩🍄
