NEVER FEAR OF A REJECTION because you simply didn't know what's coming after the rejections.

The Russian Prima Ballerina who was born on 22nd February 1881, was once rejected by Imperial Ballet School. She did not give up easily and got accepted in 1891. Her hardships didn't just end there when her years of training were very difficults as classical ballets did not come easily to her.

And years after years, she finally has became the first ballerina to tour ballet around the world. The figure that we have been talking about is none other than the creater of the most recognized Dying Swan, ANNA PAVLOVNA PAVLOVA.

In honour of the dancer during one of her tours to New Zealand and Australia in 1920s, a dessert has been created. And this is where a PAVLOVA came from ✨
