SCAM ALERT

Dear F&B Owners , Please aware of this number 010-3440385

Yesterday 24/11/2024 7.30PM,
Our staff received a TAKE AWAY order from Whatsapp.
Below attached of the order receipt of RM284.60.

First of all, we do sent our QR code for payment. But the customer informed him/her QR was having issue and request for our company bank acc number for payment.

Hence, our staff provide the bank acc to them and help them make a delivery from LALAMOVE also. They have send us a “fake receipt" and our staff have informed them that we are not receiving the payment.

Also, it is our staff mistake that we do not check the transaction on the rushing moment when the LALAMOVE is reaching . (as is a Sunday night the shop is abit busy and pack so we don't want any delay for the driver)

Again, he/she send us a fake payment transaction history once we informed that the lalamove rider had pickup the food order.

At the moment , we feel abit suspicious. We called on 21:01PM by using another phone. Is a GUY who answer the call and mention is wrong number. When we call back second time, he never pick up anymore.

And also we did call again by 21:09PM by using shop number. Just a reply and mention currently in a discussion. After that then MIA till now.
