Tried this mango pudding strudel today…

Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first. But when it was served to my table, the first thing that caught me wasn’t the look — it was the way the mango pudding gently bounced and wiggled.

I just sat there watching it for a while… and then I realised something quite funny — my head was actually following the wiggle without me noticing.

First bite — cold, silky, slightly jiggly mango pudding with light cream and buttery pastry underneath. Not heavy, not too sweet. Very clean, very easy to finish.

There’s something about that soft bounce… it makes the whole dessert feel a bit playful.

Halfway through, I was already slightly moving along with the music in the shop. (The exact music playing in this video)

Nothing dramatic.
Just one of those small moments that quietly makes your day better.
