有時候坐在店裡，
看著客人吃飯、聊天、離開，
自己反而會突然安靜下來。

做餐飲這麼多年，
每一天想的都是食物、員工、客人、生意，
還有明天要怎麼繼續走。

有好的時候，也有很難的時候。
但看到店裡還有人坐著，
吃著我們做的東西，
就會覺得——
嗯，還是繼續做吧。

Papasan 不只是一間餐廳，
也是我人生很長的一段日子。

老朋友，真的回來了。❤️

還記得這一盤嗎？
Salmon Tomato Fried Rice 🍅🐟

厚實酥脆的炸三文魚，咬下去就是滿足。
酸酸甜甜的 Tomato Fried Rice，熟悉又開胃，
最後再來一口 Wasabi Tartar——
微嗆、濃郁，一下子把整個味蕾叫醒。

是記憶裡熟悉的味道，
但再吃一口，還是會有那種：
「對！就是這個！」的驚艷。🥹

離開了一陣子的老朋友，

還有我自己很喜歡的 Nanban Chicken ❤️

一盤裡，同時可以吃到兩種不同的味道，
香酥的炸雞配上濃郁咖喱，
再加上 Nanban 的酸甜塔塔醬，
兩個味道混在一起，
沒想到意外地還滿搭的！😋

推出一個月了，
