2) 可以熟练使用中文，粤语，马来语，及英语。
3) 必须具备良好的语言听读写能力。
4) 可于周六，周日无人监督下自主工作，并完成既定任务。
5) 无需工作经验，欢迎优秀应届生毕业申请。
6) 能熟练操作使用Microsoft Office工具软件。
7) 有一定客服工作或相关经验的优先考虑。

工作职责：
1) 负责与三地（吉隆坡，新加披与香港）客户及骑手/司机沟通交流；与客户及骑手/司机建立良好的合作关系。
2) 解答客户及骑手/司机的问题，及时处理客户订单，并跟进与骑手/司机相关质询等等。
3) 提供给客户优质的客服体验。
4) 负责协助处理公司日常运营工作，包括吉隆坡，新加坡及香港三地有关业务。
