THE END OF AN ERA, BUT NOT END OF THE ROAD ........

As usual, we're late on our postings, so we're REALLY SORRY to announce it this late!!!

To those who know and to those who don't, Today, 31/12/2025 MIGHT be the last time for awhile that we're open for public, there's a high chance we would be moving out from our location.

We're still getting our plans in motion but may not likely work out so soon, so we may be expected to re-operate somewhere else February or even March onwards..... but we all know that it won't be the same without being in .my 😭😭

So we just wanna say thanks. Thanks to all who have supported us, thanks to all the times, thanks to the people, thanks to the scenarios and outcomes which took us all the way here so far!!

Shoutout to .kl , for being whole supporters and helping us with many events! for being the best and realest neighbours!! for updating our looks through menu designs & posters!! Thanks to the whole team of .my for creating the best space for us to strut our stuff and letting us do all that we do as best we can! Lastly thanks to YOU for going through our motions, ups and downs, being with us for even atleast once means the world to us.

And to that, Happy New Year and bear with us for awhile!! To the future and new growth and mistakes, to pushing creativity and the boundaries of Malaysian-Mexican, and to creating new attachments and experiences!

We've took a long hiatus in the events department but we're doing our last full-onz event before year end!!

Open for everybody, NO RESTRICTIONS, except it being acoustic lah.

This is how it works:
3pm - 6pm
Open Mic Style, DM us/me personally for a 10-15 min slot, bring your instruments, play anything! Hosted by us personally.

6pm - 9pm
Acoustic Jam Style, a dynamic jam with interchanging players, whoever can come up and surprise themselves along with the support of other passionate musicians! Hosted by !

**Any performer gets a free lil snack and 20% off on our new food menu!

Its going to be a wild one, we dont have any expectations but do join us for our last Calle-coustics and you might even see some familiar faces play as well 🫣

Here's the awaited menu!

We're going in with a full change, still Malaysian-Mexican but in a more sit down makan manner. Its a very no holds-barred whatever we felt like doing and comfy flavors with a mix of colors, different styles of cooking, and more variety!

This menu requires us to push ourselves quite a bit because the workload is almost 2x than previous and our tacos weren't easy to prep!! Follow us as we slowly de~ep-dive into these dishes abit more or better yet, come try them yourself all the way till end of December!

We're doing what we do best, not sticking to rules and doing something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from Nov 19 - Dec 31st. Full menu-concept change (no OG tacos for now), different vibes, but with the same creativity and passion we put on our tacos!

Its something of a trial run for us, so things are malleable and we'd love to get your feedback in this short period!

We're taking it up a notch and putting in a round of 6 performers this time!

The agenda is the same: Local Talent, Local Creativity, Local Expression, and a Celebration of Arts - Both food and music!

But there will be one Main Highlight, the Artists and their Originals, and their Story through their Art.

We actually missed out our anniversary (April 1st) due to being busy... BUT we decided we STILL have to celebrate it and this is what we'd like to share with all of you.

A super flexible no menu 'Taco Omakase' with the theme of using Borneo ingredients with respect to the month of Harvest Festival and with special collaboration parties!

Added option of BYOI (Bring your Ingredient) *discount applicable only to Food price* so that YOU can finally understand how we manage our chaos 😂. PLEASE BRING ANYTHING (except anything Haram including Drinks) KEEP IT CLEAN**

Besides that, we have special offerings from our collaborative partners, Idnu Tuak from , which is a lighter variant of Tuak, great for sipping and tasting instead of the usual SHOTS!! SHOTS!! DOWN!! AND we also have , providing their family recipe dessert Tong Sui (Chinese Water/Liquid Desserts) which we will convert to something a bit more to our style.

Alot of people ask what is Belimbing Buluh in our Salsa Verde, a cornerstone sauce of Mexican cuisine, but interestingly enough we don't use it on our tacos regularly unless for special applications.

Its actually used more for our other items e.g: Burrito, Enchilada, Quesadilla, Rice Bowls.

And our STAR OF THE SAUCE, Belimbing Buluh, becaue we don't have sour tomatillos in Malaysia. Its a seasonal product so sometimes we get it frozen, sometimes fresh but we always strive for the perfect balance in the Salsa.

Iyky - Sometimes we get tired of explaining what belimbing buluh is, so we just say its a statfruit (close cousin) salsa 🫣
