Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet / Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, and support staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging staff development and teamwork.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and drive customer loyalty.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability; implement cost-control measures as necessary.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Manage inventory levels and orders to ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, budgeting, and financial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
