- Ability to complete all required tasks and responsibilities for production including commissary, butchery, cooking and pre-portion
- Follow all SOPs and quality controls set by the Company to ensure safe preparation of food and ensure food production, storage and sanitisation is compliant with HACCP, GMP, Halal and other food regulatory requirements.
- Keep on top of all changes to menu items and methods of production and presentation standards.
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
