Introducing the new Bento of the Week Series at STYLE All-Day Dining. 🍱

This week, we turn to Penang’s beloved Pasembur, a popular Malaysian salad often found at hawker stalls in the north, also known as Indian Rojak or Rojak Mamak. It brings together fresh vegetables, tofu, egg and crispy fritters, paired with a distinctive sweet-spicy peanut sauce.

Often enjoyed by gently mixing everything together, each bite brings a balance of crunch, freshness and rich savoury-sweet flavour.
