Satay Celup is something like steamboat. It is a familiar food in Malacca, but still unusual in other states. The main different between Satay Celup and steamboat is Satay Celup use satay sauce instead of ordinary soup. Satay Celup is better because it make sure the entire raw ingredient fully absorb peanut sauce. Our restaurant provide a variety of raw ingredients like vegetables, fish balls, chicken, prawn, fish, sausages, mushroom, egg and so on. Our restaurant is “halal” because we want to introduce this kind of Chinese food to other races. Satay Celup is a self-service mode. Customers give full flexibility and freedom to choose any type of food, and only pay what have been eaten.

The uniqueness of our Satay Celup is our special secret peanut sauce. The foods become tasty with this special secret peanut sauce. Our workers will consistently go to each table to blend the sauce with sufficient amount of peanuts. We also make sure all the raw ingredients are fresh and enough for customers. Besides that, our restaurant will decorate with old time theme. All the furnished and lay out will present Malaysian Chinese community’s way of life during the colonial era which is around 1920an. With this decoration, our restaurant gives an opportunity to other races know better Chinese culture.
