Our main menu got a little update recently! ✨

And with that, we’ve decided to hit pause on our beloved hamburg steak—for now.
It’s been a fan favorite for a long time, so this wasn’t an easy call. But keeping the quality just right has been a challenge, and after lots of trial and error, we thought it was time for a break.

Thanks for understanding.

We are launching ‘Italian Meat Balls’ which is replaced Hamburger Steak.

We’ve kneaded a generous mix of herbs, parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley into the ground meat to create a rich, savory flavor.

These bite-sized pieces pair perfectly with our homemade tomato sauce. Slightly larger than your typical snack, they’re ideal for enjoying with drinks—and we’re sure kids will love them just as much!

We hope you’ll give them a try next time you visit us!

Our hamburg steak is also something we continue to refine, and who knows—it might make a comeback on our blackboard specials from time to time.

Every day, we’re reminded that cooking is both an art and a science.

このメニュー改訂を機に
ハンバーグの販売を休止することにいたしました
人気メニューの代表格であったハンバーグを止めることに関しては
さまざまな理由がありますが
品質管理の難しさによるところが大きな理由です

数年間思い悩み
試行錯誤を繰り返して参りましたが
ここで一旦お休みさせていただくことにいたしました

ハンバーグに代わる新しいメニューとして
イタリアンミートボールが加わっております

合い挽き肉にパルメザンチーズや
パセリをはじめとしたハーブをたっぷりと練り込んで
風味豊かに仕上げました

自家製トマトソースとの相性も抜群です

ちょっと大きめのひと口サイズですので
お酒のおつまみにはもちろん
お子様もパクパクと召し上がっていただける自信作です

ご来店の際には是非お試しください

ハンバーグも引き続き改良を重ねつつ
時々は黒板メニューで復活するかも知れません
料理は奥が深くて化学だなと思う毎日です

2023年も残りわずかとなりました。
コロナ禍が落ち着き、自由に国内外の行き来ができるようになり、ようやく賑やかな日常が戻ってきた1年、変わらず皆さまのあたたかいご支援をいただいておりますこと、心より感謝と御礼を申し上げます。
