The most common question we get over the counter: Do you have cake ?

Well, now we do ! Bringing back a classic and original recipe created many years ago - TLB “La Joconde” (Mona Lisa)

Each layer, a fundamental skill which every patissier will develop:

- Biscuit Joconde Sponge as a base with seasonal nuts laid on top
- Chocolate Ganache poured over the biscuit sponge
- Creme Bavaroise, a silky rich cream made from creme Anglaise lightened with folded whipped cream that sits on-top of the Ganache.
- Finally, whipped Creme Chantilly to tie all the ingredients together.

1 tub is enough for 2 pax unless it’s yours cheat day then 1 tub is not enough ! 😎
