Squid Risotto.. creamy, comforting risotto topped with golden fried squid, fresh fennel and a generous touch of garlic aioli.

The name’s Roost. Roost Angus Burger. 🍔🕶️

Juicy Angus beef stacked with melted cheddar, onion, pickles, and our signature Binatang Sauce messy in exactly the way a proper burger should be. Served with a side of golden fries because obviously, we’re not letting you leave hungry.

Big flavour, no unnecessary drama. Just a damn good burger. 🍟

Last year, before Chef Minsen joined Roost, he tried our fried chicken and said one thing:

“This isn’t ready to be served to our guests.”

Chef Timothy took that personally. 😂

Since then, he’s been tweaking, testing, tasting, and obsessing over every detail to get it right.

Today, Minsen tried it again.

This time, he nodded.

“Now this is ready.”

Sometimes the best dishes aren’t created overnight, they’re earned through countless small improvements.

Safe to say, our fried chicken has finally earned Chef Minsen’s approval. 🍗❤️
