2011年 9 月，数位志同道合的年轻人，秉持着一股热忱和坚持的信念，创立了一间以台日式概念的烘焙坊–【優菓】。
【優】是优等，卓越、优良之意；【菓】乃日文蛋糕之意。
为了坚守我们的品牌和原则，本坊以用心、创新、健康及高品质，烘焙出各式美味和新鲜的产品，以期能达到每位顾客的需求。顾客满足的表情，是让我们持续进步的鼓励。

In Sept 2011, three like-minded youngsters came together. With great passion and determination, they founded this Taiwanese-Japanese style pastry house called UCO or 【優菓】in Chinese. The word 【優】 in Chinese

means excellent, exceptional and superior. The word 【菓】 in Japanese means cakes. In the pursuing of our brand commitment and strong withholding of our principle, we insist on using quality ingredients and with great attention in details when baking our pastries which are delicious and fresh. We put in all our hearts and efforts in making our products simple to meet the needs of every customer.The smiling faces of our customers encourage us to keep on improving and growing. We strongly believe that our quality products with their fine selections can touch the hearts of each and every one of our customers with the feelings of happiness and satisfaction.
