Lei Cha Pesto Spaghetti & Teriyaki Chicken — fusion, no confusion.

Rooted in Chef Hon Sing’s proud Hakka heritage. Nutty, herbaceous lei cha pesto tossed through spaghetti, clean and balanced. Juicy teriyaki chicken, glazed till glossy — sweet, savoury, straight to the point.

A chef’s take on a Malaysian classic.

Our Nasi Lemak Sambal Kerang begins with coconut rice gently infused with pandan and slow-cooked for depth and aroma. The sambal is built from scratch — patiently reduced to achieve a balanced intensity of heat, sweetness, and umami. Fresh kerang are folded in at the right moment, allowing them to absorb the sambal while retaining their natural brininess.

Finished with crisp anchovies, toasted peanuts, and traditional accompaniments — each element prepared with intention.
