This morning, in the middle of our usual coffee rush, one of our regular takeaway customers said,

“Eh, I realised you guys change coffee beans origin quite often. Good, good, so I can always try different beans every visit.”

That small comment stayed with us. And honestly, yes, changing beans does give our customers a chance to experience something new each time. But it’s also something we do very much for ourselves. Each new origin is a fresh challenge, a chance to recalibrate, to taste, adjust, and learn all over again. Different origins can open up wildly different flavour profiles and even the same beans can express themselves differently from day to day, depending on calibration and what we’re trying to highlight in the cup.

That constant exploration, that quiet pursuit of better understanding, is what keeps us inspired. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of making coffee every day and the reason why we never get bored doing what we love.

We created this Pineapple Strudel inspired by a sweet treats we all look forward to during Chinese New Year (Pineapple Tart).

It’s our way of reimagining a familiar festive flavour in a softer, more comforting form.

Flaky pastry wraps around homemade pineapple paste, layered with yuzu custard and light chantilly cream.

Each bite is a celebration of prosperity, warmth, and togetherness, just like the season that inspire it. 💛🍍
